Targeted, hands-on treatment to reduce pain, restore movement and get results that last — not just for a day or two.
Who I Help Most
Most clients aren't professional athletes — they're people whose everyday life has become uncomfortable, and who want that sorted properly.
Tightness, fatigue or a recurring niggle that won't shift. Whether you're training for a marathon or playing weekend sport, targeted massage helps you recover properly and perform at your best.
Constant physical demands take a toll on your back, hips and joints. Regular treatment reduces built-up strain and helps you get through the working week with less pain.
Stiff neck, tight upper back, poor posture — the price of long hours at a screen. Massage releases that tension and helps you sit and move without discomfort.
Long hours behind the wheel cause deep, nagging stiffness that doesn't go away with rest. Treatment keeps you mobile, comfortable and pain-free between journeys.
How I Work
Before treatment begins I take the time to understand what's going on — where you feel it, what your daily life demands, and what's actually driving the problem.
Not just where it hurts — what's actually creating the problem. Pain often shows up somewhere other than its source.
Targeted hands-on work through the specific muscles and tissue that are holding your body back.
Getting you back to full range of motion and the way your body is supposed to feel.
Advice and stretches so results carry forward — not just for a day or two.

About Nick
I'm Nick Monczakowski — sports massage therapist and founder of Supreme Sports Therapy. I work from my private practice in New Malden, seeing clients from across South West London. Eight years coaching tennis showed me how physical discomfort stops people doing what they love. I wanted to fix that properly.
Over 13 years I've treated everyone from elite athletes and marathon runners to desk workers, builders and drivers. My coaching background means I look at how you move, not just where you hurt.
It can feel intense in areas of tension, but it should never be unbearable. Pressure is always adjusted to your comfort level. Any soreness after a session is normal and usually fades within 24 to 48 hours — most clients feel significantly better within a day.
It depends on your situation. For an acute issue, 2 to 3 sessions close together tends to produce the fastest results. For ongoing maintenance, monthly or fortnightly works well. After your first session you'll get an honest recommendation — no pressure to commit upfront.
Absolutely. The majority of clients aren't athletes — they're desk workers, drivers, parents and people with everyday aches. If your body is causing you discomfort, sports massage can help regardless of your activity level.
Sports massage is tailored to active people — muscle imbalances, injury recovery and performance. Deep tissue targets the deeper layers of muscle to release chronic tension. Most sessions draw on both approaches based on what your body needs.
Sessions are either 60 or 90 minutes. The 90-minute session is the most popular as it allows more thorough work across multiple areas, leading to deeper and longer-lasting results.
Cash and bank transfer. A detailed receipt can be provided on request if you wish to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, or no-shows, will be charged at the full session rate.
