Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel, reschedule or make any changes. This keeps things fair for all clients and lets me fill the slot.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice, and missed appointments without contact, are charged at the full session rate.
If something unexpected comes up, get in touch as soon as possible; WhatsApp is fastest. The sooner I know, the more likely I can find a solution. The FAQs cover the booking process in detail.
Wear comfortable, loose clothing to your session. You are welcome to undress to your level of comfort, and you will be properly covered with towels throughout. Undergarments stay on, and sports shorts are perfectly fine.
For female clients: if your treatment focuses on the back of your body while lying face down, you're welcome to remove your bra for comfort and access, but only if you feel comfortable doing so.
It's normal to feel some soreness or fatigue after your session, particularly if it's been a while since your last treatment or we've worked across multiple areas. Any discomfort is temporary and typically fades within 24 to 48 hours. Most clients feel noticeably better within a day.
Drink plenty of water afterwards. Staying well hydrated supports circulation and helps the tissue recover more effectively from the work done during treatment.
I accept cash and bank transfer, with payment due at the end of your session. Packages are paid in full before the first session in the block.
A detailed receipt can be provided on request if you wish to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

Packages are blocks of 3 or 5 sessions at a reduced per-session rate, available in 60-minute and 90-minute formats, and paid in full before the first session in the block.
All packages are valid for 8 weeks from the date of purchase. Packages are non-refundable, and unused sessions after 8 weeks are forfeited.
Packages are the best per-session value available, up to £20 per session less than the standard rate. See the package options, or WhatsApp me first and I'll advise honestly on whether one makes sense for your situation.
